Example: You have a tag named ”cullinary” that should have been named “culinary”. If you only have one variant of the tags, you can rename the tag in the settings screen.
Navigate to settings in the bottom left corner, expand the site, and select tags. Here, you can rename and delete tags.
If you have a mix of tags that are misspelled and correctly spelt, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the material, accession, or taxon list where the duplicate tags are used.
Use a tag filter to find all the entries that use the misspelled tag. Example: “cullinary”
Select all the entries by selecting the checkbox in the top right corner.
You can use batch actions via the Actions button at the bottom or the context menu. Select add/remove tags.
Update all the entries with the correctly spelled tag. Example: “culinary”
You can then delete the misspelled tag via the settings screen.
