Performing a Hard Refresh on Your Browser

Have you encountered a webpage that seems stuck, displaying outdated content, or malfunctioning elements? Performing a hard refresh can often resolve such issues by clearing the browser cache and forcing the browser to reload the page from scratch.

Important: Clicking the "Refresh" button in your browser alone is not a hard refresh.

Here's how you can perform a hard refresh on any browser:

 Google Chrome

Windows/Linux

Hold down Ctrl and click the ⟳ Reload button.

Or, hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac OS

Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.

Or, hold ⇧ Shift and click the ⟳ Reload button.

 Mozilla Firefox

Windows/Linux

Hold down Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Or, hold down Ctrl and press the F5.

Mac OS

Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Or, hold down ⇧ Shift and click the ⟳ Reload button.

 Safari

Mac OS

Hold down ⌘ Cmd and Option and then press R.

 Microsoft Edge

Windows/Linux

Hold down Ctrl and click the ⟳ Refresh button.

Or, hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Remember, a hard refresh clears the cache, so any saved data like passwords or form inputs might be lost temporarily.
