If you have forgotten your password, we would recommend taking the following steps:
1. Head to your Hortis page, usually in the format: https://yourURL.hortis.com/auth/login. If you are unsure about your web address, ask your Hortis admin or get in touch with us.
2. Tap “Log in”
3. Enter your email and tap “Continue”
4. Tap “Forgot password?”
5. Then tap “Continue”
6. You will then receive an automated email with instructions to change your password. You may need to check your Spam folder in case it ends up in there.
