What is the cause?
This issue can occur when Hortis is attempting to establish a secure connection with your computer during sign up. Your computer may believe our certificates have expired because the dates are out of sync.
Alternativly, you may have other information on your local computer that has expired that can cause similar issues. Clearing the cache and cookies can resolve this issue.
