How does Hortis handle change tracking and approvals?

Hortis does not include a formal approval workflow. Instead, it provides a comprehensive audit log that tracks all changes.

Admins and supervisors can use the activity log on the dashboard, sort lists by “last edited,” or filter by “last editor” to monitor updates. If unwanted changes occur, the log makes it easy to see what was done and by whom. Because all user actions are recorded, this transparency tends to encourage responsible behavior.

The soft delete feature is also valuable: if data is accidentally or intentionally deleted, it can be quickly restored from the trash. This more “permissive” approach reduces overhead for users, but we continue to monitor and listen to the community to see where further improvements might be made.
